Individual and organizational success has many factors. One key is the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically; simply stated - Emotional Intelligence. I am dedicated to developing effective leaders, raising emotional and cultural awareness, promoting truthfulness and authenticity, and ultimately contributing to creating a more just and compassionate working environment. This is accomplished by providing training, consulting, coaching and resources related to the ways in which emotions impact leadership, alignment, credibility, and cultural competency. Our perception of others and how we are perceived, affects our individual and organizational impact.


~~We give police officers a car - a gun - a badge and the power to arrest. We provide training and teach our officers how to drive better, shoot accurately and arrest people efficiently and safely. If our are emotions are what drives us, why not teach our police officers about emotional awareness and management? Provide them with the skills to recognize and manage their response to other persons emotions. Thus, giving our police officers the ability to recognize their emotions at the on-set, allowing them to drive the car, shoot their weapon, and make arrest without their emotions getting out of control. My objective is to do just that. Emotional Skill and Competency, or ESaC and Evaluating Truthfulness and Credibility are two courses offered to police officers through Face2Face/ORIS Consulting.
